Craftsmanship
DAILY TOAST is gently roasted in special machines to preserve its unique mild, nutty flavor. This roasting process, which is uncommon for Japanese green tea, happens after the leaves have been traditionally steamed.

Origin
The tea leaves for our DAILY TOAST grow on the Japanese island of Kyushu, renowned for its prestigious tea-growing regions. Kyushu's warm climate, mineral-rich volcanic soil, and rich agricultural heritage create the perfect environment for cultivating premium green teas.

Flavour & Preparation
Unlike other green teas, roasted Hojicha can be brewed at higher temperatures. Pour the hot water over the tea in a steady, circular motion. If you're using a traditional Japanese Kyusu with a built-in strainer, distribute the tea evenly into all cups after its steeping time.
