CARRIÈRE FRÈRES

Carrière Frères carries the spirit of French botanical tradition into the modern home, distilling nature’s most evocative scents into minimalist candles and home fragrances. Each creation honors a single plant or flower—cedar, tomato leaf, sandalwood, orange blossom—captured with clarity and quiet elegance.

Rooted in 18th-century wax-making heritage, the brand traces its origins to 1884, when it was founded by the Carrière brothers in the tradition of master wax makers. Their dedication to excellence was soon recognized with a gold medal at the Exposition Universelle of 1889. This lineage continues today: since 2020, Carrière Frères has been certified as a Living Heritage Company (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) by the French government, a mark of outstanding craft and cultural value.

Hand-poured in Normandy using vegetable wax and sustainable materials, Carrière Frères invites a return to nature—a way to scent the home that feels both thoughtful and refined.
