RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • in the same condition as received, unused and unworn

  • in their original packaging with all tags intact

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@material26.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)

  • custom or personalised products

  • personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 3% processing fee may be deducted, as payment provider fees are non-refundable.

Unclaimed Deliveries

If an order is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the courier (up to €20).
