Carrière Frères carries the spirit of French botanical tradition into the modern home, distilling nature’s most evocative scents into minimalist candles and home fragrances. Rooted in 18th-century wax-making heritage, the brand traces its origins to 1884, when it was founded by the Carrière brothers in the tradition of master wax makers. Their dedication to excellence was soon recognized with a gold medal at the Exposition Universelle of 1889. This lineage continues today: since 2020, Carrière Frères has been certified as a Living Heritage Company (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) by the French government, a mark of outstanding craft and cultural value.
