Japanese Cotton Scarf | Pangolin Tree

A generous square of cloth where nature and whimsy meet in soft cotton. This cotton scarf from moritaMiW depicts a pangolin curled around a tree, rendered in gentle lines that feel part storybook, part quiet forest dream. The design is woven in 100% cotton backed by yuzen-style dyeing, creating a supple texture that is both light and durable. Tailored in a large 100 × 103 cm format, it is made to be used in many ways: as a wrapping cloth, eco-bag, table cloth, scarf or even a decorative textile.

This furoshiki comes with a tracing-paper band printed with a short poem from Morita MiW, connecting the design to a mindful moment of imagination and utility. Made in Japan in collaboration with Kusubashi Mon-ori, it is both a sustainable “cloth of life” and a subtle piece of art.
