PU ER BAI YA — White Tea from Yunnan

The delicate buds of this rare white tea resemble tiny pine cones, their silvery down shimmering softly in the light. PU ER BAI YA offers a gentle sweetness and refined aroma, a taste of centuries-old Chinese tea tradition.

Processing of the tea
Harvested from ancient tea trees in Yunnan’s highlands, the young buds are picked with care in early spring. Minimal processing — sun withering and natural drying — preserves their subtle character, giving rise to the signature silver fluff that defines white tea.

Origin
Grown at 1,800 metres in Dehong, Yunnan, where subtropical climate, mist, and rainfall create the perfect environment, these buds flourish under ideal conditions. The region is revered worldwide for its unique terroir and deep-rooted tea culture.

Flavour & Preparation
Smooth, sweet, and delicately layered, PU ER BAI YA is best brewed with water just below boiling, allowing its fine aromas to unfurl fully. Equally enjoyable hot or cold, it offers a quiet, refreshing moment in every cup.
