In the middle of the olive green needles of a beautiful Bancha from Japan, real dried pieces of these so special strawberries can be guessed. Its heady and fruity scent with such an alluring gourmet smell is almost reminiscent of a flavored yogurt or a tasty ice cream in summer.

The liquor, a light chartreuse green, exudes the same scents, while the tasting develops both the natural flavors of green tea and those of the coveted strawberries. We therefore start with a subtly vegetal scent specific to the Japanese transformation of tea leaves by jets of steam. Then come all these fruity and light notes at the same time, going almost on the floral register at times. A beautiful balance between plain tea & scented tea that infuses both hot and cold, for a gourmet moment of spring as well as for a summer break.
