Cane sugar, clementine 27%, orange 15%, orange juice, concentrated lemon juice, vanilla extract 0.3%, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Prepared with 51g of fruit for 100g of finished product. Sugar content: 60g per 100g.

Maison Brémond delicatessen was founded in 1830 in Aix en Provence, then taken over in 2015 by Olivier Baussan.
